Recharger Magazine has launched free pre-registration for ReIndia Expo attendees at www.RechargerMag.com.  Those interested in attending the expo, held in Mumbai, India from March 6–8 at the Bombay Exhibition Center, need only visit the Web site to sign up and avoid paying 250 Rupees the day of the expo.
