General Specifications

Photos must be CMYK (if color) or Grayscale. Photos must be 300 dpi. When supplying digital file from a page layout program, all links and fonts (Postscript fonts only) must be included.

Files can be compressed into Zip (.zip) or Rar (.rar) archives.

Terms and conditions

- The Publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or banner that is deemed inappropriate either because of content or untimely submission.

- The rates and conditions for advertising under signed Contract shall be those shown on the Publisher's rate card. The rate card, its revision and successors shall be part of signed Contract.

- The Publisher reserves the right, upon thirty /30/ days written notice, to change the rates and conditions in effect under the Contract. Advertiser reserves the right to accept such change of rate or to cancel the Contract without rate adjustment provided that cancellation is delivered, in writing, to Publisher within a thirty /30/ day notice period.

- Advertiser will enter into this Contract by placing an Insertion Order.

- All advertising will be invoiced on the first of each month prior publication and payment shall be effected within the due dates.

- The Publisher reserves the right to determine placement of all ads unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

- In an event that an error is caused by the Publisher in the production of an advertisement, and while the mistake/s can not be reversed, regardless of the origin of the error, the Publisher's liability shall not exceed the amount of advertisement in question.

- Either party may terminate this Contract with thirty /30/ business days written notice /e-mail constitutes written notice/. If this term has not been duly kept, the Publisher shall place; respectively the Advertiser shall pay the value of a single insertion as laid down in the signed Contract.

- This agreement may only be modified, or any rights under it waived, by a written document executed by both parties.
